What can you expect as a client of WILDD?

WILDD can help you reach your educational goals by helping you learn skills and techniques to work with your learning disabilities and dyslexia.

You can expect personal attention that you won’t find elsewhere. Reading and spelling and other academic sessions consist of individualized, one-on-one, direct instruction. However, some other areas of instruction may consist of small-group instruction, not to exceed three clients per instructor.  We tailor a program of instruction to fit your unique learning needs and make sure it contains curriculum that fulfill your academic requirements and meet your educational goals.  We create a schedule that will work around your daily time commitments, so your time with WILDD is consistently scheduled and as hassle-free as possible! Talk to your Veterans Affairs Counselor to see if WILDD could be right for you.

Here is what one U.S. Military Veteran has to say about his experience with the WILDD program:

“Without a doubt, my pronunciation has improved. Once I learned the correct spellings, it was easier to pronounce the words. My vocabulary has expanded—the total number of words in my vocabulary has improved. My endurance has improved. I can read and study for much longer periods of time. The Orton-Gillingham system has proven itself to me. I can envision my goals. Now my day is filled with symbols that make letters, that make words, that make sentences that I can understand. Before I could spell, I would just mumble my way through. I can read and understand to a greater degree.”
